During a long and successful career as employee and owner of a four location electrical wholesale supply business, our Founder began a second wholesale distribution business to provide specialty electrical distribution apparatus not only to his own firm, but to cater to the construction needs of contractors and industry well outside his firm’s traditional geographic boundaries. After selling his electrical supply business in the mid ‘90s, he took up his new career at Breaker King, dedicating his time, energy and experience to growing and shaping his fledgling enterprise. The business relocated to a new, much larger, custom designed office and warehouse facility in early 2001, and the following year, purchased the circuit breaker testing business and equipment of Circuit Protection Industries and integrated that full service breaker testing lab into the operations. Since its founding 30 years ago, Breaker King has become one of the most recognized, trusted and respected suppliers of replacement and add-on electrical distribution components and hardware in the country.
